At Harare.co, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our collections, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing your pieces, but if there is an issue with your delivery, we are here to help.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

Wrong Order: If you received the incorrect item, let us know so we can fix it for you.

The 24-Hour Rule:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report a damaged or incorrect order. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.
